Alentejo Reserva 2015
The 2015 red Reserva is a blend of Syrah, Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira varieties. The grapes are grown in the perfect microclimate, hand harvested, and crushed by purely natural processes. They are processed by gravity and fermented in wooden tanks, then aged for at least 20 months in French oak barrels, and 8 months in the bottle before release. The result is elegant with long silky tannins marked by black fruits and spices.
Enjoy with refined meat served with gravy or spicy fish dishes.
