Casal de Ventozela is a family business in the business of producing Vinho Verde, located in the sub-region of the Vale do Ave.Their production is spread over 61 acres of vines, and part of them were renovated in the last 4 years.

Tasting Notes:

Intense floral and tropical aromas with a clean yet, complex long finish.

Pair it with:

Good with fatty fish like tuna or salmon with green asparagus.

Grape Varieties:

Loureiro, Trajadura and Pedernã

Aging:

30% in oak barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks
