Fattori ‘Danieli’ Soave DOC 2017

Antonio Fattori, the most recent of a long series of “Antonio” inherited the vineyards from his father, who inherited the vineyards from his father. He is the first in his farming family who had the opportunity to study. From the time he was born his fate had always been set, he would study winemaking. With a goal to to bring modern scientific methods to his family’s original traditions, Antonio’s wines are processed in a winery where non-invasive methods have allowed him to eliminate the use of chemicals.

Tasting Notes:

An intense, straw colored wine, the nose is packed with aromas of jasmine and wisteria, peach, pear, apricot, citrus fruit and a slight nuttiness. The flavors come off very elegant, well integrated, balanced and fresh.

Pair it With:

Soave is great with lighter meats, tofu, fish, and rissotos. We like it best with foods that are flavored with citrus, tarragon and other aromatic green herbs.
